The de Havilland Resident Association is a body formed in 2005 to represent a growing community of householders made up of owner occupiers (70%) and tenants of several Housing Associations (30%). Currently there are about 1500 households and by the completion of the site there will be around 2300 making the DHRA the largest in the WGC and Hatfield and St Albans area.
